Frank was very responsive to my first enquiries, arrived to quote (and subsequently complete the job) on time, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue (water ingress as a result of roof felt deterioration). We discussed some possible remedies, and he was open, transparent and did not push a more expensive fix before trying more economical options.
After the job (which was completed efficiently) and having already been paid he also went out of his way to follow up with some pictures taken of the roof, which was appreciated. Clearly knew his stuff and I would definitely have him back to quote on future work.
